Admind at the Inauguration of Diversity Month

Piotr Dao, Community Manager at Admind, had the honor of representing our agency at the prestigious inauguration of Diversity Month, held on April 23 in Wrocław. This event marked a significant moment in the Diversity Charter program, which aims to foster inclusive workplaces.

The ceremony began with an opening speech by the Polish Minister for Equality, Katarzyna Kotula, setting the tone for a day focused on unity and understanding.

This was followed by a panel discussion on equality and inclusion, with prominent ombudswomen addressing the pressing challenges and opportunities in the field. The day was also marked by the announcement of the winners of the second edition of the Diversity Charter Award, which recognizes outstanding diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Spotlight on Our D&I Initiatives

This year, we are proud to highlight two distinguished practices in the field of Diversity & Inclusion: our engagement in the FilmOn festival and our donation of D&I-themed books to the Kraków Library. These initiatives exemplify our commitment to enriching our community’s cultural and educational resources, emphasizing the importance of diversity and inclusion in all aspects of society. Furthermore, both projects were nominated for this year’s Diversity Charter Award, a recognition that fills us with immense pride. This nomination not only reflects our dedication to diversity and inclusion but also reaffirms our leadership in promoting these values through meaningful and impactful community engagement.
