As a branding agency, we work with global and local companies. We believe that, by matching outstanding brands with positive purpose, we can create a force for good. Therefore, our goal is to become the leading branding agency for the conscious brands of the future.
Last year, Admind supported seven charity foundations with causes ranging from helping refugees who are minors to supporting LGBTQIA rights. Internally, we created initiatives for Admind’s community: Bike April, Vegan May, Pride June, Less Plastic July, and Employee Safety August. We also held training sessions for employees and leadership about diversity & inclusion and incorporated them into our onboarding process.
Any organization works better when its employees are happy. That’s why Admind provides our staff with an adequate number of days off, maternity leave, and health and pension contributions. Last year, we expanded our benefits package to include life insurance, multisport cards, additional medical care, English lessons, two free lunches per week in the office, and a mental health helpline. Helping our employees cope with the difficult pandemic years by allowing remote work and offering the services of licensed therapists was a top priority.
