Admind at Digital First 2022
This is going to be our second visit to the Digital First fair. We are delighted to meet you both at the stand and on the main stage on October 20 in Brussels. Our experts – Karolina Pospischil, Brand and Strategy Director and Partner, and Magdalena Rymarczuk, Junior Brand Strategist – will give a presentation on ‘The evolution of brands: on the path to radical credibility’ in which they will share their best insights, tools, and frameworks for companies making the transition from a regular to a conscious brand. Based on Admind’s own experience in this matter, Karolina and Magda will explain the concept of conscious branding and talk about why keeping brand promises today is more important than ever.
What should you know more about Digital First? It brings more than 150 exhibitors and renowned speakers from all over the world to exchange experiences and talk about the digital industry. And less than two weeks later, from 1-4 November, we will already be in Lisbon for the Web Summit. This is the first time we will be exhibitors there, although last year, a couple of our experts had the opportunity to join the event as attendees. It is an excellent opportunity for business meetings and establishing professional relationships but also a place where we can learn about new trends and ideas.
Web Summit is a huge trade fair and conference, with an estimated 100,000 people expected to attend. It brings together leading speakers, including CEOs of the world’s most recognized brands, tech’s biggest companies, the entertainment and marketing industries, Capital Ventures, startups, and top media outlets.

Why do we participate in trade fairs?
With a focus on continuous development, Admind keeps track of technological innovations, which it successfully puts into practice. As a result, we provide the highest quality comprehensive branding services based on unique knowledge. The experience gained in the local, regional and national markets, as well as cooperation with international brands (e.g. ABB, Hitachi, Nobel Energy), underpins the company’s desire to focus its development efforts on foreign markets. We have many foreign customers (read our case studies), and we now want to conquer new markets, such as Belgium and Portugal. Trade fairs and conferences are excellent opportunities to learn about trends and new developments in the industry, as well as establish long-term business relationships.
All of this is possible thanks to the Regional Operational Programme for the Małopolska Region, using European Union funds, from which we will obtain funding to participate in the events.
The specific objectives of the funds are:
- the emergence and maximum consolidation of the Admind brand in foreign markets,
- promotion of the company as an attractive and reliable business partner in international trade
- establishing as many lasting and valuable business contacts as possible with foreign entrepreneurs
- increase in the company’s export earnings
- gaining new markets for the services provided.
The total value of the project is estimated at PLN 245,900.00. This sum is made up of costs:
- exhibition space rental and setup,
- registration fee and trade fair catalogue entry,
- technical maintenance of the exhibition space,
- media advertising in trade fair media
- transport of promotional materials including stand construction elements
- production of information and promotional materials
- business trips
