Mentorship: Peer-Driven Growth
Our mentorship program is tied to strategic business needs and specific skills, such as “Storytelling in digital”, “3D animation” or “Branding that matters”. The program runs for approximately 3 months and defines clear outcomes-a project, a presentation, or a solved case. The structure emphasizes a guide allowing mentees to apply new perspectives to their work, which directly builds future capacity.
Role-Specific Excellence
We also ensure targeted growth for specialized roles to drive client quality and business results.
Client Service Academy (CS Academy): This program provides dedicated training for our Client Service team, covering crucial skills like ” “Art of negotiations” and “Client Focus Mindset”. These specialized, often external, workshops ensure our client-facing teams have the cutting-edge skills needed to excel.
Facing the current AI transformation, we kicked things off with the Understanding Change webinar. Led by an external expert, it wasn’t just theory, it explored why change feels the way it does and how to keep conversations calm when stress levels rise.
And we didn’t stop there. Our AI team has built a learning hub packed with practical courses and resources, giving everyone the chance to explore, experiment, and grow new skills to stay ahead

To do great creative work, you need mental space and psychological safety. Our L&D strategy takes a holistic approach, ensuring our team is equipped to handle pressure and change. Our regular Mental Health Webinars (with a stellar 4.8/5 feedback score ) cover essential topics like Healthy Thinking and Mental Resilience. This commitment to wellbeing is rooted in employee feedback from our Satisfaction Survey and supports our team navigate stress and prevent burnout.
