Admind proudly took on the task of designing the CEO Excellence Award for ABB, a global corporate giant. This prestigious annual award recognizes the most effective team within the company, with both a grand trophy for the team and individual smaller awards for each member.
Challenge
The challenge extended beyond crafting a mere trophy; we aimed to create a symbolic masterpiece aligned with ABB’s new brand identity. The design needed to seamlessly integrate with ABB’s visual language while embodying simplicity and exclusivity. Our team also delved into overseeing the intricate manufacturing processes to ensure precision and quality.
Solution
Drawing inspiration from one of ABB’s key visuals, a design previously conceptualized by Admind, the trophy’s figure mirrored the essence of ABB’s identity. To maintain coherency with the brand, we opted for Corian, a noble, high-quality material. Two distinct sizes of trophies were meticulously crafted: the large version bearing the team and ABB branch names, and the small version personalized with the names of each team member. Our focus on simplicity, exclusivity, and material quality ensured a design that spoke volumes about ABB’s commitment to excellence.
Outcome
The culmination of our efforts resulted in the creation and production of around 20 meticulously crafted trophies. The CEO Excellence Award now stands as not just a symbol of achievement but a testament to ABB’s dedication to recognizing and celebrating the outstanding contributions of its teams.
