Admind has just entered a new phase of growth for the company. With the Board strengthened by five new members, we are closer to achieving our ambitious strategic goals. And because we never do things halfway, the new Board members are also becoming Partners through the Employee Stock Ownership Plan programme. Meet them and find out more about what ESOP is.
Since the beginning of Admind, its Management Board has consisted of two members – founders Krzysztof Langer and Mateusz Zabierowski. They have shared responsibilities for all strategic decisions. With the steady growth of the company, we came to the moment, when the scale of our operations requires assigning this responsibility to more people. That’s why five managers accountable for key areas were appointed as new Board Members.
‘This decision was preceded by many discussions, but at the end of the day, it feels very natural. We have been already working as one team for a long time, and as founders, we have full trust in the capabilities of the new Board Members. We also want them to cherish the successes of Admind as their own.’– Krzysztof Langer says.
This change doesn’t come only with a title. New Board Members are also becoming partners through ESOP program.
What is ESOP?
In a nutshell, ESOP is an increasingly popular way for fast-growing companies to reward employees by sharing company stocks with them. Admind has launched a four-year programme during which it will share its equity with new shareholders each year.

Benefits of the Employee Stock Opportunity Plan
‘We want to focus on Admind’s strategic growth and make the best use of the great potential of our organisation. We believe that the new shareholders’ talent, skills, and engagement will lead Admind to become global top of mind branding agency’Mateusz and Krzysztof, CEOs & co-founders at Admind
ESOP brings value to both employees and a company. Apart from the obvious benefit of company shares, Mateusz and Krzysztof wanted to appreciate the effort and work of some people. Those who stay with Admind for a long time and have a significant impact on the company’s growth and the highest level of responsibility.
On the other hand, ESOP strengthens the company as more people are engaged and responsible for its growth and development. It encourages employees to do what’s best for a company since they themselves own stock.
