This year, jury of Red Dot Awards selected 6992 projects divided into three main categories. We are happy to be among the others nominated in brands & communication category.
The Red Dot Awards jury evaluated submitted works based on criteria such as innovation, quality, functionality, and ecology. We are happy they awarded our Wayfinding in ABB’s Krakow office project.
Above all, the idea was to make a clear system of signs which facilitates the building of the new ABB office, High5ive in Kraków. Therefore, we have prepared the project to suit the architecture and interior design and to be consistent with ABB’s visual identification. The outcome transformed an ordinary office into a friendly space.
Firstly, we produced makeshift signage using less durable materials. In addition, we checked the visibility of the signs in the actual light, with final decoration and furnishing. In conclusion, after a month we made final improvements in cooperation with the teams occupying given floors. All this allowed us to create a clear functional system consistent with ABB’s brand identity and brand consistency.

Red Dot Design Award is one of the most prestigious awards in the world in the field of industrial design. For over 65 years, driven by the motto In search of good design and innovation. The Award has been evaluating projects in three categories: product design, brand & communication design and design concept. Certainly, the distinction in this contest is an acknowledgment of good work quality.
