Two of Admind’s initiatives have been included in the 22nd edition of the Responsible Business Forum’s report on “Responsible Business in Poland. Good Practices.”! On April 16, 2024, the ADN Conference Center in Warsaw hosted an inspiring gathering for the latest ESG Ideas Fair Conference. This prestigious event marked the launch of this report. Admind proudly participated, represented by Community Manager Piotr Dao and Alicja Miłuńska, our Head of Growth. Our initiatives were recognized as leading examples of responsible business practices. These recognitions are not just accolades but reflect our deep commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
Spotlight on Inclusion: The FilmOn Festival
Since its launch in 2018, FilmOn – the film festival for people with disabilities – has been a cornerstone of our community engagement. In addition to funding gadgets and awards, Admind has been involved in creating the visual identity and communications materials for the Festival. The main objective of the Festival is to encourage people with disabilities to express their emotions through cinema, providing a platform for empowerment and expression. This initiative embodies our belief in equality and equal opportunities for all. We feel deeply involved as co-organizers of the festival, passionately contributing to its development and success.
Cultivating diversity from childhood: The D&I Bookshelf
In 2023, we launched another important initiative: the D&I Bookshelf at the Krakow Library. During Pride Month, we donated a selection of books on diversity and inclusion, addressing the lack of such resources in Poland. This practice directly contributes to quality education and gender equality by ensuring that children have access to literature that is not only educational but also inspiring and accepting, from an early age. This project, in partnership with the Krakow Library, is a testament to our commitment to creating inclusive communities.
