What if a beautifully designed book could offer hope, guidance, and community to parents navigating one of life’s most difficult moments? And what if that book was supported not by one, but two purpose-driven B Corporations determined to make a real difference?
This is exactly what happened when Admind and Mustela teamed up to support Powitalnik – a free, 200-page guide for parents who have just received a diagnosis concerning their child.
Created by the Mudita Association and supported by Fundacja Stocznia through Inkubator Pomysłów 3, Powitalnik is a social innovation financed as part of the European Funds for Development Program. It is the first publication of its kind in Poland: comprehensive, empathetic, and entirely free of charge.

From legal tips and psychological support to relationship guidance and communication strategies, Powitalnik is designed to be a trusted companion during a time filled with questions and uncertainty. Already, over 5,000 requests have been received, and more than 200 hospital wards are on the distribution list.
At Admind, we brought our branding expertise to the project, designing and typesetting the publication to ensure accessibility, clarity, and emotional warmth. We’re also leading communication and PR efforts to amplify its reach.

Mustela, a fellow B Corp, financed the initial print run and additional materials, and is activating its network of healthcare professionals to distribute the guide to those who need it most.
To enrich the reader’s experience, we invited 11 renowned Polish illustrators to contribute original artworks that interpret the themes of the book – grief, resilience, love, and hope – with profound sensitivity.
But this isn’t just about a book. Powitalnik is sparking a much-needed public conversation about the systemic lack of support in Poland for parents who face the life-altering moment of their child’s diagnosis – whether it’s a disability, autism spectrum condition, or another specific need.

That’s why we say: this isn’t the end of a project, it’s the beginning of a movement.
Once again, B Corps are proving that we are stronger together. Because when values align and missions connect, we can co-create tools that don’t just inform – they transform.
Powitalnik will be launched on June 10. Follow the project as it evolves in the future. We hope this initiative inspires lasting systemic change – and that it becomes a lifeline for thousands of families across Poland and beyond.
