Olga brings 18 years of experience in communication, partnerships, and cultural project management. She has honed her skills across municipal cultural institutions, event agencies, and non-governmental organisations, leading initiatives that drive social engagement and public dialogue. Her work has always been guided by strong values, emphasizing inclusivity, civic participation, and meaningful storytelling.
Beyond her professional practice, Olga has played an active role in educating the next generation of culture managers. For years, she has shared her knowledge and insights with postgraduate students at the University of Economics in Wroclaw and the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, inspiring future leaders in cultural and communication sectors.
