Admind has been included in the sixth edition of the DiversityINCheck survey, an annual initiative by the Responsible Business Forum that maps diversity and inclusion practices across Polish organisations. This year, 79 companies made the list, including Admind.
As a global brand transformation agency with offices in Krakow, Amsterdam, Zurich, Warsaw, Bangkok and Odesa, diversity is built into the way Admind works. With a team of 178 people speaking 15 languages, Admind creates brand communications for companies operating in dozens of markets. The ability to see the world through different cultural lenses is central to the quality of that work.
When I started Admind, I didn't write a diversity policy. I believed that better work comes from people who see the world differently. Over the years, that belief has become our DNA. This recognition tells me we're building something real - not a programme, but a culture.
The DiversityINCheck survey, which has been conducted annually since 2019, assesses organisations on various dimensions, including inclusive leadership, equal opportunity, accessibility, and workplace culture. Participation is voluntary, and the results are published in a public report.
