We are honored to announce that on November 4, 2025, Admind Branding & Communications received the prestigious Diversity Charter Award in the category of DEI in Business – Partnership, for its role in the development and launch of Powitalnik, a comprehensive guide for parents navigating a child’s difficult diagnosis.
The project was initiated by the Mudita Association and the Stocznia Foundation within the “Inkubator Pomysłów 3” program.
Launched on June 10, 2025, Powitalnik is a 200-page, empathetically crafted publication that provides essential psychological, legal, and practical knowledge. It is distributed free of charge in both print and digital formats across Poland, and is available in Polish and Ukrainian, with an English version in development.
The guide primarily supports parents, but is also a valuable resource for their families, friends, and professionals such as doctors, psychologists, midwives, and educators. On a broader level, the project contributes to public awareness, promotes inclusion, and advocates for systemic change.
Admind served as the key creative partner, working pro bono to deliver the visual identity, editorial design, communication strategy, and PR efforts. We also led the collaboration with 11 acclaimed Polish illustrators whose emotive artworks brought the guide’s vision to life. In addition, we partnered with Mustela, who supported communication activities and funded the first print run of the guide.
The impact has been remarkable: within weeks of its release, over 10,000 individuals and 200 maternity wards had ordered the printed guide. The media campaign reached over 3.5 million people, generating more than PLN 1.6 million in media value and gaining widespread support from national media outlets.
Powitalnik is now serving as a model for similar initiatives internationally, demonstrating how creative and branding competencies can be mobilized for meaningful social impact.
The Diversity Charter Award is an annual recognition programme organised by the Forum Odpowiedzialnego Biznesu on behalf of the Karta Różnorodności (Diversity Charter), a pan‑European initiative supported by the European Commission.
The Award honours companies, organisations, higher‑education institutions and local‑government bodies that have delivered specific initiatives in the areas of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) – that is, diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace and society.
The Award is presented during a formal gala each year, aligning with the European Diversity Month and the broader Diversity Charters Platform across the EU.
