Onboarding, depending on where you live, is carried out either remotely or in the office. The first week or two of work is rather introductory. Our new-joiners take part in a structured meetings, where they become familiar with our internal processes and other teams. Each of our new-joiners also gets a Buddy – a person who is their ‘mentor’ during their first weeks in the company. In terms of introduction to your teammates, most onboarding meetings will be organized by your manager and will vary depending on a team.
At Admind, we value feedback and conduct performance evaluations twice a year in February and August, with 360° feedback at the beginning of the year. Salary changes are part of the annual increase linked to these evaluations in February/March. We assess employee performance, potential, and goal achievement. Decisions on increases/promotions consider market benchmarks, internal salary comparisons, niche skills, and budget constraints. As a new joiner, you will be qualified for evaluation and possible salary change after working with us for 6 months.
