On June 10 2025, we celebrated the official launch of *Powitalnik*—a free, comprehensive guide for parents navigating the emotional and practical challenges of a child’s diagnosis. The launch event at Warsaw’s Brain Embassy brought together families, doctors, ministry representatives, media, and mission-driven businesses. But for us at Admind, that day was not a conclusion—it was the beginning of something with far-reaching potential.
Our role: designing with purpose
At Admind, we brought this project to life in the way we know best: through branding and communication. We designed Powitalnik’s complete visual identity—from the structure of the guide and layout to every digital and print asset. We prepared the publication for print and crafted a digital version to ensure accessibility across formats.
But our work didn’t stop at design. We’ve also taken an active role in communications and public relations, representing the Powitalnik team in media, crafting its public narrative, and ensuring the initiative reaches the audiences who need it most. It’s a hands-on, heart-first engagement—and one we’re proud to lead.
A collaboration rooted in shared values
Originally conceived by the Mudita Association, Powitalnik is a bold example of socially driven design. It received key development support from Fundacja Stocznia through the Inkubator Pomysłów 3 program, co-financed by the European Social Development Funds.
Recognizing its value, we invited another like-minded B Corp—Mustela—to join as a strategic partner. Mustela embraced the mission wholeheartedly, supporting the print run, engaging the medical community, and becoming an ideal ally in scaling the guide’s impact.
Powitalnik is a testament to what happens when B Corps collaborate. Together, Admind and Mustela have shown how values-aligned companies can create more than products—we can build tools for systemic change.

Building a movement
Powitalnik fills a critical gap: Poland currently lacks systemic support for parents dealing with diagnoses of disability or serious illness in children. This guide was built not only to inform, but to comfort—to be the voice that says, “You’re not alone.”
The project is just getting started. What’s next?
- Distributing thousands of free copies to hospitals, clinics, NGOs, and family networks.
- Launching a digital, interactive version in Ukrainian and in English for broader and easier access.
- Gathering feedback from parents and professionals to refine and evolve the content.
- Continuing PR and media work to elevate awareness and start a national dialogue.
Social impact in action
This initiative joins our broader portfolio of social impact engagements, including:
- FilmOn – festival of films created by people with disabilities
- Green Film Festival – a cinematic spotlight on sustainability
- AI for Changemakers – a Tech To The Rescue program helping NGOs leverage AI
In each case, we contribute what we do best: design that’s beautiful, strategic, and meaningful.

Just the beginning
June 10 was a celebration—but also a call to action. The real success of Powitalnik will be measured in how many families it supports, how many institutions adopt it, and how many conversations it sparks.
Because in times of uncertainty, design can be more than aesthetic—it can be a lifeline.
