We’re delighted to announce that Admind has been nominated for the Project of the Year award in the FORMA category by the Society of Applied Graphic Designers (STGU) for our unique Jira Knowledge Book project.
For those unfamiliar with Jira, it’s a widely used project management tool for tracking tasks, bugs and workflows. However, Jira is often seen as overly complex and visually unappealing, which can make it difficult for non-technical users to adopt.
Our solution? Our challenge was to make it more accessible, especially for creatives such as designers or copywriters. To solve this, we reimagined Jira as a playful, interactive game. Guided by the quirky character A_dam, our humorous and engaging approach transforms a traditionally tedious system into a fun learning experience. Through colourful, candy-like illustrations and game-like interactivity, we invite users to explore and master Jira in a fun, stress-free way.
Our goal was to create a publication that’s not only informative, but also engaging. With interactive features, clickable elements and a light-hearted tone, we aim to ease the learning curve and reduce the stress of adopting Jira.
This project was a collaborative effort from our talented team, combining creativity and functionality to inspire users to embrace Jira.
