Executive Summary
In March 2025, during B Corp Month, Admind initiated, coordinated, and delivered the first-ever Collective Impact Report of Polish B Corps. The project united 14 certified B Corporations operating in Poland into a single, bilingual publication showcasing their impact, challenges, and best practices. The initiative addressed fragmentation and low visibility of the B Corp movement in Poland by creating a shared narrative and a credible, scalable proof of collective impact. After two months of intensive co-creation, the report was launched at Better Deep Dive in Warsaw. The result was a widely endorsed manifesto for responsible business, praised by B Lab Europe and designed to inspire adoption, collaboration, and growth of the B Corp movement in the region.
Client & Context
The project was initiated within the Polish B Corp ecosystem, supported by B Lab Europe. It involved 14 certified B Corporations from diverse sectors including FMCG, finance, technology, food & beverage, and professional services. These organisations operate in a mix of local and international structures, with varying levels of ESG maturity, but share a common commitment to transparency, accountability, and positive social and environmental impact. The Polish B Corp community is an emerging market within a global movement, requiring coordination, alignment, and visibility to scale its influence.
Business Challenge
The main challenge was the lack of a unified, credible representation of the impact generated by Polish B Corps. Individually, companies communicated their efforts, but there was no collective asset that could:
- demonstrate the scale and diversity of impact in Poland,
- strengthen the visibility and legitimacy of the B Corp movement locally and internationally,
- inspire non-certified companies to pursue certification.
This became critical as expectations toward purpose-driven business increased and Polish companies sought clearer reference points for ESG-driven growth.
Strategic Decisions
Admind, as initiator and coordinator, made several key strategic decisions:
- Collective over individual storytelling: instead of separate case studies, a single report was chosen to amplify scale and shared values.
- Co-creation model: participating companies were involved as contributors, not subjects, increasing ownership and authenticity.
- Bilingual format (PL/EN): to ensure both local relevance and international accessibility.
- Manifesto mindset: the report was positioned not only as documentation, but as a declaration of intent for the future of responsible business in Poland.
