Last autumn, during the Carbon Footprint Summit, we at Admind Branding & Communications launched a unique creative initiative: Plakaton — an intensive poster design marathon where designers from all over Poland channeled their talents into visual storytelling on impactful themes.
Today, we’re thrilled to share that the creativity sparked during Plakaton has been recognized on the international stage.
Arek Haratym, Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Team Lead at Admind, has returned from the 29th International Poster Biennale in Warsaw with an honorable mention for his poster titled “Syzyf.” This striking piece, born during Plakaton, stood out among works from talented artists worldwide, reflecting both artistic skill and the spirit of social engagement that drives many of our creative initiatives.
“It’s an incredible feeling to see a project that started as an internal creative challenge receive recognition at such a prestigious event,” says Arek. “Plakaton was an inspiring space to explore ideas freely, and I’m grateful for the opportunity.”
The celebration doesn’t end there. Visitors to the Biennale’s main exhibition also spotted a vibrant poster created by Thanutcha Panvichean, former Graphic Designer at Admind. Her work was originally designed for one of Admind’s monthly thematic campaigns, an internal social impact initiative focusing on topics close to our values, such as sustainability, diversity, and well-being.
Seeing our designers’ works displayed at the Biennale shows the creativity and passion thriving within our team. It also reaffirms our belief in the power of design to spark conversations and inspire positive change.
And the best part? We hope to announce this year’s edition of Plakaton very soon. Stay tuned for more creative adventures!
