We’re proud to announce the opening of our new headquarters in Kraków. Inners and studio hex has been working on the office’s interior design, and made the project come true.
The designers had no easy task. The first important element they focused on was functional rooms. Based on a long list of interactions between employees we provided, teams had to design areas that will meet any of the daily tasks. Certainly, that’s why they created a “core” with telephone boxes and rooms for special tasks in the middle of the office space. One of the most interesting zones is the project area – Univers. It’s a room with open space, where desks heights are adjustable. The plan was to make a dynamic, standing area, where employees can meet quickly to discuss projects. Moreover, conference rooms and phone booths were additionally soundproofed by 3D wall panels.

Therefore, the base materials of our new office are modern, with neutral colors, and the temperament of the young team. We made the juicy colors of the walls and accessories – each zone has a different color. Raster and exposed ceilings, the floor in the kitchen, and glazing in black profiles give an industrial character. Moreover, the strong color accents enliven the space. Also, thanks to the combination of all these elements, the office looks really fresh and functional. Also, the character and energy of the place fits perfectly to the graphic identification created by our (Admind’s) designers.
The wayfinding in the office’s interior is based on the typography that forms the basis of our brand. Font Acumin Pro in many varieties is the main graphic element appearing in space. The rooms in the office have names with selected fonts and correspond with the specificity or association of the specific room, eg the kitchen is Frutiger, the conference rooms are Futura and Baskerville, and the space for rest is Comic Sans. Throughout the office, there are powerful, hand-painted (with care and respect for optical nuances) letters that make up the inscription “Admind”. The lettering fits into the space, and in addition to the decorative and complementary function. They also have the form of boards, on which you can hang mood boards and other materials – we have painted the letters with magnetic paint.
