Creative sparks flew at Admind: Role swap workshop

On 26 March, Admind held its much-anticipated quarterly creative workshop – this time with a twist. Under the banner of the role swap experiment, 30 brave Adminders stepped into unfamiliar shoes to rethink how we create and deliver client presentations.

Led by Karolina Pospischil, Brand and Strategy Director and Magdalena Rymarczuk, Senior Brand Strategist, the online session brought together six diverse teams, each made up of five different roles. The mission? To tackle a common challenge – making client presentations more engaging and effective – through fresh, role-swapping perspectives. The teams explored solutions through a variety of creative avenues, including storytelling, key visuals, sonic branding, animation and interactivity.

Participants had access to expert mentors beforehand, and during the session, three jurors visited virtual team rooms to observe and assess the ideas in progress. What emerged was a vibrant showcase of creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving under pressure.

Additionally, individual honours went to Joanna Trela, Agnieszka Marek and Sylwia Bartkowska, who were recognised as the ultimate Role Swap Champions.

This eye-opening experience not only broadened participants’ appreciation of each other’s roles but also provided actionable ideas that will influence future client presentations at Admind.
