At Admind, we believe that creating a positive social impact starts within our workplace and extends to the world around us. Each month, we explore a new theme designed to inspire our employees to take action and drive positive change. Here’s a quick look at what we achieved during the first two months of the year.
January: Decluttering for a clearer space and mind
January’s focus was on decluttering—letting go of what we no longer need to create more space, both physically and mentally. A highlight of the month was our SWAP PARTY, where employees brought items from home that they no longer used and exchanged them with colleagues, giving these items a second life. This fun and eco-friendly event promoted sustainability while helping everyone simplify their surroundings.
We also hosted a webinar Let’s Talk About… Declutter, led by one of our employees who shared practical tips on organizing and decluttering living spaces. The session offered valuable insights into how a clutter-free environment can boost well-being and productivity.
February: Advocating for animal welfare
February was dedicated to raising awareness about animal welfare – an issue close to the hearts of many at Admind. Our internal communication platform even features a dedicated channel where employees regularly share photos and videos of their pets. As part of the month’s activities, we held an internal webinar where employees introduced their pets, shared fun facts, and answered questions from colleagues during a Q&A session.
Additionally, we organized a graphic design contest with the theme What Animal Rights Mean to You.
Employees were invited to create posters illustrating their perspectives on animal rights. The winner had the opportunity to choose an animal organization to receive a 1,000 PLN donation on their behalf – highlighting our commitment to supporting causes that matter to our community.
