Marching forward: Celebrating B Corp Month

Not only did we continue our tradition of launching inspiring campaigns and fostering collaboration, but March 2025 also marked a pivotal moment in our B Corp journey: our recertification. As required every three years, we underwent a rigorous assessment to reaffirm our commitment to the highest standards of social and environmental responsibility.

What followed was one of the most dynamic, collaborative and meaningful months in our corporate calendar – one that reflected the very essence of what it means to be a B Corp.

Our B Corp recertification journey

In 2025, Admind is undergoing the B Corp recertification process, a crucial step in reaffirming our commitment to social and environmental responsibility. By March of this year, we were required to submit the B Impact Assessment (BIA), a task that might seem straightforward but is, in reality, a rigorous and time-consuming process. Our work on recertification began in the early third quarter of 2024, marking the start of a comprehensive review of our previous assessment.

The primary objective of this analysis was to evaluate how our company has improved over nearly three years in five key areas: customers, governance, environment, community, and employees. This phase was an excellent opportunity to reflect on our progress, identify areas of strength, and address any gaps that needed improvement. As a B Corp-certified company, we are committed to continuous growth and accountability, making this review an essential part of our journey.

One of the most challenging aspects of the recertification process was the need for extensive collaboration across various teams within Admind. We had to engage multiple colleagues to provide precise calculations and data, ensuring that our updated BIA accurately reflected our performance. This collective effort was crucial in demonstrating our ongoing commitment to B Corp principles and maintaining transparency in our business practices.

We recognize that maintaining B Corp certification is no easy feat, as the standards are rigorous and continuously evolving. However, we firmly believe that we have made significant improvements over the past three years that will support our recertification. From enhancing employee well-being to implementing more sustainable practices, Admind remains dedicated to creating a positive impact on our stakeholders and the broader community. Our journey toward recertification reaffirms our mission to operate as a force for good, and we are optimistic about successfully renewing our B Corp status.

Can design save the world? Reflections on B Corp Month webinar

At Admind, we believe that design is more than just aesthetics – it is a powerful tool for driving social and environmental change. To explore this idea and celebrate B Corp Month, we hosted a special webinar on 26 March entitled “Can Designers Save the World?”, bringing together thought leaders from three B Corp-certified creative agencies.

The session was a resounding success, attracting over 200 engaged participants from across industries and geographies. This enthusiastic turnout confirmed that the role of design in shaping a more sustainable and ethical world is not only a timely topic, but one that resonates deeply with the creative and business communities.

The webinar featured a diverse panel of experts, each bringing their unique perspective to the intersection of design, responsibility and impact:

These speakers didn’t just talk theory – they shared lived experience, real-life case studies and the values that guide their organisations’ creative decisions. Our 90-minute discussion covered a wide range of topics, including:

  • The true impact of design beyond aesthetics and functionality
  • How B Corp certification shapes project strategies and partnerships
  • The role of design in building a more responsible and sustainable world
  • The influence of shared values in long-term creative work
  • Concrete examples of sustainable design and ethical change

The conversation was honest, thought-provoking and full of actionable insights – reminding us all that while design may not single-handedly save the world, it certainly has the power to move it in the right direction.

Collective strength: Launching the first Polish B Corps Impact Report

Perhaps the proudest achievement of the month was the official launch of a groundbreaking project initiated and led by Admind: the first-ever Collective Impact Report of Polish B Corps.

After two months of collaboration, coordination and co-creation, this groundbreaking publication brings together 14 certified B Corps operating in Poland, telling their stories, sharing their challenges and showcasing best practices that all point to a common goal – proving that business can and should be a force for good.

The report was officially launched at Better Deep Dive in Warsaw, a high-impact event that brought together changemakers from across industries to explore a bold, sustainable future. The energy and passion in the room reflected the spirit of the report itself: one of innovation, responsibility and shared purpose.

Admind was honoured to both coordinate and design the report, which is now available in Polish and English. It’s not just a documentation of progress – it’s a collective manifesto of Polish B Corps, showing how local action can scale global impact.

Looking ahead

B Corp Month 2025 was not just a celebration—it was a catalyst. It reminded us why we became a B Corp in the first place and why we continue to challenge ourselves to do better. We’re grateful to our team, our webinar guests, our fellow B Corps, and everyone who continues to believe in business as a force for good. As we move forward with our recertification and expand our impact-driven initiatives, one thing remains clear: when purpose, design, and collaboration come together, change is not only possible—it’s inevitable.
