We’re proud to share that Admind has been nominated in the Accessibility and Inclusivity category of the CSR Poland Awards 2026 for the project “Powitalnik – a comprehensive guide for parents facing their child’s diagnosis.”

This nomination recognizes initiatives that help make society more accessible, inclusive, and supportive for people facing challenging situations.

About the “Powitalnik” Project

Powitalnik” was created as a supportive and practical guide for parents who have just received a difficult medical diagnosis regarding their child.

Moments like these are often accompanied by uncertainty, stress, and an overwhelming amount of complex information. The goal of the project was to provide clarity, reassurance, and accessible knowledge at a critical moment in a family’s life.

Through thoughtful design, clear communication, and empathetic content, “Powitalnik” helps parents:

  • better understand the diagnosis and its implications
  • organize the first steps after receiving difficult news
  • access reliable and easy-to-understand information
  • feel less alone in a challenging situation

A shared effort with a clear purpose

Powitalnik” was created through collaboration, trust, and a shared understanding of what parents in crisis truly need. Each partner contributed a crucial part to the project.

  • Stowarzyszenie Mudita developed the content and expert guidance, ensuring that every word in the guide reflects empathy and real-life experience.
  • Fundacja Stocznia supported and accelerated the development of the project.
  • Mustela Poland funded the printing of the first 2,000 copies and continues to actively support the project’s communication.

And then there’s Admind Branding & Communications.

Our team was responsible for:

  • the full visual identity of Powitalnik,
  • the editorial design and layout of the guide,
  • all supporting visual materials across communication channels,
  • and the entire PR campaign, including media strategy, outreach, and coordination of press coverage.

From the very first sketches to media briefings, we worked to ensure that the message behind Powitalnik was not only communicated but truly felt.
