We’re proud to share that the FilmON Festival has been awarded during the 3rd Forum Bez Barier “O kinie dostępnym” in Poznań – recognized for its consistent efforts in increasing accessibility in film culture.

For Admind, this distinction carries special meaning. For years, we have had the privilege of shaping and evolving FilmON’s visual identity building not just aesthetics, but a system that supports visibility, clarity and inclusion.

This award confirms something we deeply believe: culture becomes stronger when it is truly accessible.

Accessibility is not an add-on. It’s a design principle.

From the very beginning, our work with FilmON was never about creating a seasonal festival look. It was about responsibility.

FilmON is a festival dedicated to people with disabilities and to audiences who believe culture should be open and barrier-free. Designing for such an initiative requires more than visual consistency. It requires:

  • Clear and readable communication
  • Accessible typography and layout systems
  • Strong, inclusive visual language
  • Scalable assets that work across formats and audiences
  • Emotional depth without visual noise

The identity needed to be expressive, but never overwhelming. Bold, yet sensitive. Recognizable, yet adaptable.

Recognition at Forum Bez Barier

The award was granted during the 3rd edition of Forum Bez Barier – a key event dedicated to accessible cinema and inclusive cultural practices in Poland.

Beyond the nomination, FilmON representatives actively participated in panel discussions, sharing insights on how film can connect, integrate and open space for cinema without barriers.

This was not only a moment of celebration, but a meaningful exchange of experiences around inclusion in cultural institutions.

Why this project reflects who we are

Admind is widely recognized for complex global brand transformations across 70+ markets. But our philosophy remains consistent across industries – from industrial B2B leaders to cultural institutions:

Branding is not decoration. Branding is a system that must work in real life.

As a certified B Corp, we treat social engagement as a long-term commitment, not a communication layer. Projects like FilmON are not side initiatives – they are aligned with our belief that branding should create measurable value for people, organizations and society.il

FilmON proves that structured identity systems strengthen participation, recognition and long-term continuity – even (and especially) in mission-driven cultural environments.

A shared success

We extend our congratulations to the entire FilmON team, partners, volunteers and participants.

Their energy, consistency and commitment to inclusion are what make this festival meaningful.

We are proud to support a project that demonstrates how design can amplify accessibility – not just visually, but systemically!
