The Admind Culture Book has won Gold at the 2025 International Design Awards in the Print / Self-Promotion category.
The award was presented on December 8, 2025, in Bangkok, recognizing a culture-driven project that transforms internal values into a strategic branding tool for global B2B organizations.
A Culture Book is a practical guide to how an organization really works – not just what it claims to value. It translates abstract ideas like purpose, values, and behaviors into clear, usable principles that employees can apply in everyday decisions.
In Admind’s case, the Culture Book goes far beyond a traditional employer branding asset. It combines:
Created collaboratively with more than 30 team members, the book acts as a cultural operating system supporting recruitment, onboarding, and alignment across markets. Instead of prescribing rules, it builds understanding, trust, and consistency in a growing, international organization.
The Culture Book supports the organization in three concrete ways:
It clearly communicates how Admind works, what it values, and who will thrive in its culture, reducing mismatches early.
New team members gain fast, human insight into expectations, behaviors, and decision-making norms.
As a global agency, Admind uses the book to maintain consistency across locations without enforcing rigid rules.
In short, the Culture Book turns culture from an abstract concept into a designed, manageable system that supports both people and business goals.
In global B2B organizations, this kind of alignment directly supports speed, consistency, and brand adoption.
The project was designed and written by an international team working across Poland, Thailand, Spain, England, Ukraine, the USA, and Cuba, mirroring the way Admind operates with its global B2B clients.
Lead Designers: Krzysztof Klimek, Radek Kocjan
Design Team: Jędrzej Chojnacki, Weronika Kuc, Michał Suska, Hania Pitala, Maria Dorda, Paweł Kubala, Marek Brol, Dominika Konieczkowska-Kracik
This dual role allowed the team to test the same strategic and creative standards they apply in complex brand transformations for international organizations.
The International Design Awards 2025 Gala was held on December 8, 2025, in Bangkok, one of Asia’s most dynamic creative and business hubs.
For Admind, receiving the award in Bangkok carried symbolic meaning. The Culture Book itself is a product of cross-cultural collaboration, shaped by diverse perspectives and unified by shared values – exactly the kind of global mindset celebrated during the gala.
The Gold award confirms something Admind has seen repeatedly in client work:
strong brands fail without strong internal adoption.
By applying branding discipline to culture itself, organizations can:
The Culture Book is a practical example of Admind’s belief that branding is a management system, not decoration.
Founded in 2007, the International Design Awards honor excellence across Architecture, Interior, Product, Fashion, and Graphic Design, celebrating both established visionaries and emerging talent worldwide.
Winning Gold places the Admind Culture Book among the most impactful design projects of the year.
The Culture Book is not a closed publication. It evolves alongside the organization, updated as Admind grows, enters new markets, and experiments with new ways of working.
For leaders navigating rebrands, mergers, international growth, or ESG-driven change, the message is clear: if culture matters, it deserves to be designed with the same rigor as your brand.
