Our Culture Book, a unique celebration of who we are at Admind, has been honored with Gold in the Print / Self-Promotion category at the International Design Awards (IDA). This recognition speaks to the power of storytelling, collaboration, and authentic branding.

A book that reflects our culture

The Admind Culture Book isn’t just another internal handbook, but a curated mosaic of real voices, bold ideas, and the creative energy that flows through our global team. Shaped by colleagues from Kraków to Bangkok, from Madrid to New York, it captures the lived experience of working at Admind, our quirks, our values, and our shared belief in the power of conscious branding. Every page reflects the nuances of our multicultural team and the co-creative spirit that defines how we think, work, and grow together.

By integrating insights from over 30 employees, the book weaves together stories about our history, values, and creative journey. Its purpose is threefold:

  • to welcome and onboard new team members,
  • to strengthen our internal identity,
  • and to proudly present who we are to the world.

The project was led by Krzysztof Klimek and Radek Kocjan, with design contributions from a passionate team including Jędrzej Chojnacki, Weronika Kuc, Michał Suska, Hania Pitala, Maria Dorda, Paweł Kubala, Marek Brol, and Dominika Konieczkowska-Kracik.
